Josu Vess is an NPC in Magic Legends. NPCs in Magic Legends can interact with the Player's Planeswalker and they may provide information, as well as Missions, Spells or Equipment. Josu Vess Information
Josu Vess is a Human Zombie robbed of all sanity. He is one of the characters that can be found in the decks of Magic: The Gathering. He was imprisoned and denied human contact in the hands of his father's enemies. A demon found him and made him a lich lord of the Cabal. Josu Vess is responsible for turning the forest into a swamp. His sister, Lilliana Vess lured him back to Vess Manor because this curse could only be broken from where it began and eventually broke the lich spell.
