Currencies in Magic Legends or Planeswalker Currency is a form of in-game money used to purchase goods, wares, and various upgrades. There are multiple types of currencies in-game that are used in various ways. Currencies such as Gold, Eternal Echoes, Planar Mana, Aether, Zen, and more. Account Currency
Empyrean Fragments
Empyrean Fragments are acquired from Booster Packs in the Magic Legends Store. They are used in the Empyrean Store, located on the Booster Pack page of the store.
Aether
Aether refines from Unrefined Aether automatically. It can be used to upgrade your Spells and acquire new spells in the Realm.
Unrefined Aether
Acquire Unrefined Aether from completing Missions and Skirmishes. It refines into Aether automatically with a cap of 50,000 per day.
Planeswalker Currency
Gold
The default in-game currency that is accepted on nearly any plane. Use it to purchase goods from merchants, or to pay for any services such as Crafting.
Eternal Echoes
Eternal Echoes are used to upgrade spells beyond Rank 6. Eternal Echoes are available from Expert and Master difficulties.
Blue Planar Mana
Planar Mana is used in the Realm to upgrade structures and unlock new spells, gear, and artifacts. Skirmishes are a great place to acquire Planar Mana. When capped, Planar Mana converts to Gold. The Blue Planar Mana focuses on Blue Mana upgrades.
Red Planar Mana
Planar Mana is used in the Realm to upgrade structures and unlock new spells, gear, and artifacts. Skirmishes are a great place to acquire Planar Mana. When capped, Planar Mana converts to Gold. The Red Planar Mana focuses on Red Mana upgrades.
Black Planar Mana
Planar Mana is used in the Realm to upgrade structures and unlock new spells, gear, and artifacts. Skirmishes are a great place to acquire Planar Mana. When capped, Planar Mana converts to Gold. The Black Planar Mana focuses on Black Mana upgrades.
Green Planar Mana
Planar Mana is used in the Realm to upgrade structures and unlock new spells, gear, and artifacts. Skirmishes are a great place to acquire Planar Mana. When capped, Planar Mana converts to Gold. The Green Planar Mana focuses on Green Mana upgrades.
White Planar Mana
Planar Mana is used in the Realm to upgrade structures and unlock new spells, gear, and artifacts. Skirmishes are a great place to acquire Planar Mana. When capped, Planar Mana converts to Gold. The White Planar Mana focuses on White Mana upgrades.
Chromatic Mana
Planar Mana is used in the Realm to upgrade structures and unlock new spells, gear, and artifacts. Skirmishes are a great place to acquire Planar Mana. When capped, Planar Mana converts to Gold. The Chromatic Mana can be used to upgrade any color of planar.
Upgrade Resources
Common Relic Fragments
Common Relic Fragments are used to upgrade Artifacts from Ranks 2 to 9. Relic Fragments are random drops that a player can obtain from relic caches they find while exploring the Multiverse.
Uncommon Relic Fragments
Uncommon Relic Fragments are used to upgrade Artifacts from Ranks 6 to 14. Relic Fragments are random drops that a player can obtain from relic caches they find while exploring the Multiverse.
Rare Relic Fragments
Rare Relic Fragments are used to upgrade Artifacts from Ranks 11 to 20. Relic Fragments are random drops that a player can obtain from relic caches they find while exploring the Multiverse.
Mythic Relic Fragments
Mythic Relic Fragments are used to upgrade Artifacts from Ranks 16 to 20. Relic Fragments are random drops that a player can obtain from relic caches they find while exploring the Multiverse.

where ingame can we see the relic fragments? i know i have some but its not listed in my wallet or anywhere i look

You can check your chromatic mana in the wallet, but for some currencies you have to check elsewhere :
World enchantements : as there is no inventory in prophetic quill for that, you have to check on the mission screen, select difficulty (expert or master) and you can see what you have.
Mana rig (event) signets : you have to go to guide => event to check it
Relic fragments : nothing simple here, you have to go to setup menu and check artefact upgrade, also you can only see the stock for relic fragment needed (not all)... (Mythic relic fragments seem capped to 100 whereas other is 1000).
