Beastcaller is a Planeswalker Class in Magic: Legends. Planeswalkers Classes are the different styles of gameplay. Each class consists of its own unique Abilities, Class Perks, and is capable of equipping passive buffs known as Traits. The Beastcaller resonates well with the Green Mana and Green Spells, but players can also use other colors of Spells and equip it to their deck.
The Beastcaller is the embodiment of primal might and savagery. Vanquish hordes of foes on the battlefield with crushing blows from your massive spirit axe, while coordinating your attacks with an Aether Fox companion – and other summoned beasts.
Beastcaller Abilities
Abilities are the basic combat skills of a Planeswalker. The abilities of a class are divided into three categories, Primary, Secondary, and Utility abilities which are all executed in the field. As the player increases the character level, they can modify these core abilities by unlocking ability upgrades that modify or adds additional effects to the ability.
Wind Slash
Cleave nearby foes with your aether axe.
Rending Throw
Hurl an axe to damage and mark foes in front of you. Killing marked foes restores health to you and your companions.
Wild Roar
Heal yourself and your Companion instantly plus an additional amount over 6 seconds, and teleport it to your location. It applies Taunt to nearby foes and gets +2/+2 for 6 seconds.
Beastcaller Perks
Class Perks are passive boosts that are specifically tied to their class. Perks further enhance the stats of the character and boosts the effects of its abilities.
